The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a two-day closure on Gharrafat Al Rayyan Street towards Dukhan from Thursday. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to enable the surface water drainage network upgrade as part of Khalifa Avenue Project.
Road users on Gharrafat Al Rayyan Street heading towards Dukhan will be diverted to local roads and Bani Hajer Interchange exit towards Dukhan. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
