Weather inshore until 6 pm today will be misty at first becomes hot daytime with local clouds and chance of rain maybe thundery by afternoon associated with blowing dust at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of thundery rain expected at places associated with sudden strong wind and poor visibility.
Offshore, it will be fine becomes hazy at some places at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 knot at first turns to northwesterly to northeasterly 07 to 17 knot reaches 32 knot at places with thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be variable less than 05 knot at first becomes southeasterly to northeasterly 03 to 13 knots later.
Visibility will be 3 to 8 or 2 kilometre or less at places with thundery rain.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet rises to 3 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet rises to 4 feet at times.
