People who came in contact with Covid-19 cases at a gymnasium have to undergo a test for the virus on Thursday, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has said.
The ministry issued a clarification on tracing Covid-19 cases at the gym through social media on Wednesday.
The MoPH said the necessary preventive measures have been taken to test all of the contacts, according to the members' list, who were in the gym in the period when the cases were found.
As a necessary precaution to protect the community, the MoPH got in touch with all the people who came in contact with the infected cases to undergo a Covid-19 test on Thursday at Al Attiya Hall, located in Al Sadd Sports Club, from 8am until 1pm and from 4pm until 9pm.
The Ehteraz application colour code has turned yellow for those who came in contact with the infected persons, in accordance with medical regulations, and will remain so until the quarantine period ends.
