Qatar on Sunday expressed its strong condemnation of the stabbing that took place in Sousse city, in central eastern Tunisia, killing a police officer and injuring another.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of their motives and reasons.
The statement expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims, the government and people of Tunisia, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
