Doha
Rain, dusty conditions and low visibility were reported from some places in Qatar on Saturday. According to weather stations, the highest amount of rainfall recorded during Saturday afternoon was 44.5mm in Al Jumailiya, the Met department said in a tweet, adding that the rain was preceded by a sandstorm.
Moderate to heavy rain was observed in the northern and western parts of the country, the weather office said in the afternoon. "Please be careful with the thunderstorms due to the strong winds accompanied by hail at times," it added.

A noticeable drop in visibility was also observed in some areas due to dust associated with strong downdraft winds.
Sunday's forecast says it will be hot during the day and some clouds are expected along with slight dust at times. It will be relatively humid by night.
