Ooredoo has highlighted the many benefits of its reward programme, Nojoom, with a host of new partners and offers — meaning customers “get greater choice, flexibility and benefits from the programme than ever before”.
Nojoom – which celebrated its 11th anniversary earlier in 2020 – was designed to reward Ooredoo customers for their loyalty to the company. The programme allows customers to earn points for all their spends on Ooredoo products and services, as well as when they spend with a network of quality partners from a range of leisure and lifestyle brands.
Points can then be redeemed for rewards – in a variety of denominations — with the same network of partners, and the network is constantly being reviewed with new partnerships signed to ensure members get the best from the programme, the company said in a statement.
Recent additions to the Nojoom network are the online fashion retailer 6thstreet.com and one-stop convenience store, Saving Square. To boost earning potential, the Nojoom team frequently offers bonus points with selected network partners as well as competitions with “great prizes and rewards”. Also, most of the partners have reopened their shops and branches, so members can now visit them again to start earning and redeeming points.
A recent update to the Nojoom section in the Ooredoo App has made it “even more user-friendly, with members able to quickly and easily access the information and services they require”, the statement adds.
Sabah Rabiah al-Kuwari, director of PR at Ooredoo, said: “We know our customers have a choice of telecommunications providers in Qatar, and we sincerely appreciate their loyalty to Ooredoo. In turn, we know our customers appreciate the recognition of their loyalty, and the added value the Nojoom programme offers.
“We’re constantly looking at ways we can improve the programme – whether through signing new partners, running exciting competitions, offering generous points bonuses or enhancing the Nojoom section of the app – and we’re sure our customers agree the programme is the best it’s ever been.
“We recently celebrated our 11th anniversary, and we look forward to many more years of recognising and rewarding customer loyalty through Nojoom.”
Customers who are not yet Nojoom members can sign up online at ooredoo.qa, via the Ooredoo App or at any Ooredoo shop around town. Full details of the programme can be found at ooredoo.qa/nojoom
