The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a 450m minor diversion for four months from August 31 at the southern entrance of G-Ring Road reducing the four bidirectional lanes to three lanes in each direction. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to enable new interchange works at Ras Bufontas Free Zone Project. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requested all to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure safety.
