The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has issued an infographic reiterating the minimum specifications required for digital communication devices, in view of the blended learning system announced for schools. “As e-learning is a fundamental component of blended learning, it is important to provide digital communication devices for students to facilitate the education process and enable the students to use the e-learning applications smoothly,” the ministry said.
