Al-Badr: the project included the construction of pedestrian and cycle paths along Al Ennabi Street
Al Ennabi Street, located in the western part of Doha in Muaither area, is surrounded by residential and commercial facilities.
The pedestrian tracks and cycle paths connect with Umm Al Doom Street and Al Rayyan Al Jadeed Street.
The project also included the construction of 1.2km of treated water network.
The cycle path along Al Ennabi Street has connected cycle paths beginning from Umm Al Dome Street up to Dukhan highway, linking many important spots such as Al Shafi Street, Education City, and Golf Club.
This comes within the plan of the committee to implement a connected cycle path network in Qatar.
Trees have been planted along the street
Ashghal is currently continuing implementation of beautification works on many streets in Doha, including North Road project and Al Terhab project.
The projects are aimed at creating a sustainable environment through building central public parks, pedestrian and cycles paths, providing street furniture and decorative lighting, developing the Doha Corniche and some beaches, in addition to developing the Central Doha area by reviving some internal public roads, vital places, residential areas, and plazas.
