Nasser Bin Khaled (NBK) Tires Services, the authorised distributor of Michelin, BFGoodrich and Tigar Tyres in Qatar, has announced the resumption of operations to provide a wide range of tyre products and services from Michelin at Tyreplus centres, while adopting rigorous protocols at its stores following government regulations for Covid-19.
“To ensure customers receive premium care and experience in a safe environment, a stringent standard operating procedure of POS sterilisation programme, staff and consumer protection has been adopted across the Tyreplus centres. These safety protocols strictly adhere to both Michelin guidelines and the government-mandated standards to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers,” a press statement notes.
All workshops undergo deep sterilisation measures regularly and all staff members are tested daily and briefed on safety protocols and on-premise hygiene. Upon arriving, visitors will have to confirm the ‘green’ code on Ehteraz, undergo mandated temperature screening, adhere to social distancing norms, wear masks and use hand sanitisers, which are placed throughout the facilities.
Ihab El Feky, chief operations officer – Auto at Nasser Bin Khaled Group, said: “Due to the current situation, Nasser Bin Khaled Tires Services, the authorised distributor of Michelin, has taken all the precautionary measures at its Tyreplus centres to offer customers a safe services experience. For us, our employees as well as customers are our top priority, and for this reason, we regularly conduct sanitisation to ensure safety for all.”
Nasser Bin Khaled Tires Services provides Michelin products and services through its Tyreplus centres on Salwa Road in Doha and Gharrafa. The centres are open from Saturday to Thursday, 8am until 11pm.
