The advisory, which is available on social media, states the following:
* Drink at least 8-12 cups of water daily even if you do not feel thirsty.* Avoid doing any physical activity outdoors while the sun is strong, and exercise indoors during this time.* Avoid being outdoors under direct sunlight.* Wear sunglasses and cover your head.* Use umbrellas to protect your head and body from direct sunlight, especially at the beach.* Use sunscreen at least half an hour before exposure to sunlight.* Reduce consumption of caffeinated drinks, including coffee and tea, and avoid energy and soft drinks.* Wear lightweight and light-coloured cotton clothing.* Eat a healthy, balanced diet and increase consumption of vegetables and fruits as they are rich in vitamins, minerals and water.
