All security and service departments at the Ministry of Interior have completed their preparations to receive the blessed Eid al-Adha holidays by taking all necessary preventive and traffic security measures.
Security departments and different sectors such as the National Command Center (NCC), traffic and patrol directorate, coast and border security, and Al Najda Police Department (Al Fazaa) and security departments in the various municipalities, and other service and security sectors have taken part in this effort.
Head of the National Command Center (NCC) Major General Khalifa Abdullah al- Nuaimi, said that the Center, through the Central Operations Department, is constantly ready to make the utmost efforts to provide security to citizens and residents, especially with the start of the implementation of the third stage of the plan to lift restrictions and open a number of mosques to perform Eid prayers.
He clarified that the centre has increased the number of workers at emergency services (999) to receive calls, reports and complaints round the clock, and to coordinate with ambulance services.
