Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Tuesday announced that during Eid Al-Adha, the working hours for all emergency departments and services across HMCs network of hospitals will be as usual, 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. 
The Pediatric Emergency Centers too will remain open 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week for medical emergencies involving children under the age of 14 years. HMCs Ambulance Service and Inpatient Units across HMCs hospital network also will continue to operate 24-hours-a-day as usual.
The Nesma'ak Hamad Patient Contact Center will be closed from July 30 until August 1 and will reopen on August 2 at 7am. To reschedule appointments, patients may contact the Hamad Customer Service Center (Nesmaak) on 16060 during operational hours. Any patient requiring information about clinic operating hours, their scheduled appointment, or wishing to change their appointment, can call Nesmaak on 16060.
The Urgent Consultation Service (16000) will be closed on Jul. 30 until August 1 and will reopen on August 2 from 8am to 3pm. The service will return to normal operating hours on August 9.
The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service will be closed on July 30 until August 1 and it will reopen on August 2 from 9 am to 3pm. On August 9, it will resume normal operating hours.
The Mental Health Helpline will be closed on Thursday July 30 and will resume services from 8am to 3pm on August 2. It will resume normal operating hours on August 9.
