Qatar participated in the meeting of the permanent committee of human rights specialists for the Gulf Co-operation Council states, held via video conferencing.
Acting Director of Department of Human Rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Turki bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud, represented Qatar in the meeting.
During the meeting, the discussion of the guiding and unified draft law protecting the rights of victims of the Gulf Co-operation Council countries was completed.
