Barwa Real Estate Group is undertaking two new projects in Al Wakra as part of its initiatives to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030 in terms of improved living conditions for all groups in the society.
In a regulatory filing with the Qatar Stock Exchange, Barwa said the necessary procedures are being completed for contracting to start the implementation of two new projects in Al-Wakra.

However, the filing was devoid of further details regarding the cost of construction, the expanse of the project and expected to time of completion.
Barwa will continue to study the available land stock space to determine its optimal use in order to support the financial position of the group and contribute to the development of sustainable returns for the company, it had said while disclosing the first quarter results of this year.
Barwa is keen on promoting partnership with the government to develop realty development projects that contribute to meeting the needs of citizens and residents and contribute to achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030 and also meets the needs of organising the 2022 World Cup in fulfillment of the group's role as one of the largest real estate developers in Qatar.
