The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary closure on G-Ring Road for those heading to Al Majd Road between Airport 49 Interchange and Umm Besher Interchange from 9pm to 4am.
The closure will take place at these times from July 7-8, 11-12 and 14-15. To be implemented in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, the closure has been announced in order to complete installation of ITS gantries, Ashghal has said.
The authority will instal road signs advising motorists of the closure, and has requested all road users to abide by the existing speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
