Mayyatello, who is bred and owned by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa al-Thani, followed up on her convincing victory at Le Mans, France, last month with a Prix Husse Class 2 win at Nantes on Saturday evening.
Trained by Henri-Alex Pantall, the three-year-old bay filly was running over a mile here for the first time, having run over 2,000m previously. The drop back in trip seemed to suit her and, under a positive ride from jockey Soufiane Saadi, she secured a neat win by a quarter of a length.
D. Guillemin-trained Ippling also a winner on her previous start, was the runner-up under Ioritz Mendizabal.
P.de Chevigny-trained Rougegarde was a further short-head behind in third under Tony Piccone.
Mayyatello is by Intello and was bred by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah at Haras de Victot. She is out of the Invincible Spirit mare Mayyadah, who was a Listed winner and Group placed for the same colours.
