HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani sent a separate cable of congratulations to Mozambique’s Prime Minister Carlos Agostinho on the occasion.


Amir sends cable of congratulations to Slovenia’s president

Shura Council panel examines media draft law
The joint committee comprised of the Legal and Legislative Affairs and Cultural and Information Affairs Committees held yesterday a meeting chaired by its Rapporteur Nasser bin Rashid bin Saria al-Kaabi.
The committee continued to examine a draft law regulating journalism, publishing, media activities, and arts. It decided to present its recommendations to the Shura Council. - QNA

Ministry of Commerce recalls Ford Mustang model of 2019
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Almana Motors Company, has announced a recall of Ford Mustang model of 2019 over a malfunction in the “not in park” warning message and associated audible chime that might disappear too quickly when turning off the vehicle. 
In a statement, the MoCI said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its continuous efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs. 
The ministry said it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works, and communicate with customers to ensure that they carried out the necessary repairs.
