HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani on Thursday tweeted on the anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani becoming the Amir of Qatar.
