Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) will resume the consular services from Tuesday for a limited number of applicants on the basis of prior appointment.
Applicants can call for appointment on 44686607/ 50883026/ 77534001 from Saturday to Thursday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Telephone appointment booking will be discontinued against online booking system once the new online system is active and will be intimated accordingly.
Unless there are compelling reasons, only application for passports which have expired or are due to expire within two months and applications for a fresh passport for newborn babies will be accepted. No other consular services will be carried out until further notice.
Only the applicant will be allowed to enter the ICC premises for passport services, except in the case of minors where a legal guardian can accompany the child.
The timings for collection of passports are from 4pm to 6pm from Saturday to Thursday. For collection, prior appointment is not necessary. Please bring the original receipt given at the time of submission of application.
As per government guidelines, applicants without the green status on the Ehteraz App will not be allowed to enter the ICC premises.
