The Vande Bharat Mission resumed from Qatar yesterday after a one-day gap as three flights took off from Hamad International Airport (HIA) for different destinations in India. IX 1476 took off from HIA for Kochi with 177 passengers and six infants, while IX 1374 left for Kozhikode with 179 passengers and five infants. Then, AI 1969 took off from Doha for Delhi/Bhubaneshwar with 150 passengers and an infant. These marked the 35th, 36th and 37th flights, respectively, from Doha under the Vande Bharat initiative, “bringing the total number of repatriated passengers to 6,308 plus 182 infants”, the Indian embassy tweeted yesterday.
