Nasser Bin Khaled group of companies has launched a mobile app featuring all its subsidiaries and providing a wide spectrum of clients easy access to the NBK portfolio and avail the best services in an efficient and real-time manner.
Available on Play Store and App Store, the new app is user friendly and offers a wide range of services for the full list of NBK subsidiaries including, automotive, automotive services, heavy equipment, travel and tourism, catering and others, according to a statement.
Sheikh Faleh bin Nawaf al-Thani, operations director – automotive at NBK Group said: “This novel initiative promises our customers a seamless communication with the brand resulting in a convenient yet enjoyable experience. Our app will solve a fundamental problem for the customers as they don’t have to download different apps for different needs”.

The NBK application is a one-stop platform for all NBK subsidiaries. It includes a gate to access all the relevant websites of subsidiaries, location of the showrooms and service centres and detailed information about services as well as new cars. Through the app, clients can know in advance the latest events and campaigns, and chat with the CRM Team to get real time answers and information.
Customers can now check their own vehicles and the services associated, book a new appointment for maintenance and trace the booked appointments to have the latest updates.
