Qatar strongly condemned the bombing of a mosque in the Afghan capital, Kabul, which resulted in deaths and injuries. In a statement Friday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and reasons. The ministry stressed Qatar's rejection of targeting places of worship and threatening the safety of people. It expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims and the government and people of Afghanistan, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
