Two India repatriation flights take off Friday

Two Air India Express flights took from Doha's Hamad International Airport (HIA) Friday as part of the Indian government's ongoing Vande Bharat mission to repatriate stranded citizens. As of Friday, a total of 4382 passengers, plus 126 infants, were repatriated on 26 flights, the Indian embassy tweeted. While IX- 1176 took off from HIA for Delhi with 177 passengers and three infants, IX- 1476 departed for Kochi with 169 passengers and three infants, the embassy tweets added.
