As a gesture of appreciation for the efforts of the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Ambulance Service in the fight against Covid-19, a group of children has created personalised 'Thank you' cards for paramedics and staff in the service.
The cards have been designed and written by children aged between 7 and 11 years, and contain messages of thanks for the Ambulance Service teams, HMC tweeted on Wednesday.
“On behalf of everyone at the Ambulance Service, I would like to thank the children for taking the time to create these wonderful cards. We are very proud to play our part in protecting Qatar’s population from Covid-19 and it is incredibly heartwarming to know that our efforts are appreciated by these young children,” said Ali Darwish, assistant executive director of the Ambulance Service.
