Qatar Chamber has announced that it will hold its general assembly meeting online in adherence with the precautionary measures taken to curb the outbreak of coronavirus.

The meeting, which will be chaired by Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani, will be held on Monday, June 8 at 12.

The chamber is reminding its members and businessmen attending the meeting to register using the link https://qatarchamber.com/qc-2gam-2020/?lang=ar.

The registration will close one hour before the meeting. After the registration closes, each member will receive a link to follow up and participate in the meeting. The meeting’s agenda includes the reviewing of the board of director’s report on the activities of Qatar Chamber for the year ended December 31, 2019.

The meeting’s agenda also includes a discussion on Qatar Chamber’s fiscal report for the year ending December 31, 2019 through the auditor’s report on the final accounts, and the statement of income and expenses for the same period.

Similarly, the agenda also included the approval of the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2020, and the appointment of a new auditor for the financial year 2020.
