Moments of a penumbral lunar eclipse occurred in Qatar skies Friday night captured from Wakrah. The eclipse, that happens when the faint outer shadow of Earth (the penumbra) u2013 falls on the moon’s face, was also visible from Europe, much of Asia, Australia, Africa, South/East South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and Antarctica.
