His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani held Monday evening a telephone conversation with Ghana's President, Nana Akufo-Addo, during which they discussed the relations between the two friendly countries and ways to boost them in various fields.
During the phone call, the developments concerning the pandemic of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) and efforts and co-operation of the two countries to combat the virus were also discussed. In this regard, the Ghanaian president expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Amir for Qatar's support and assistance to Ghana.
