* Service launched in collaboration with MoPH and HMC

The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has launched the Community Call Center to answer all questions and respond to all enquiries about the services provided, it has been announced.
The service has been launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), according to information shared on the social media pages of the country's health entities.

* Step 1 - Dial the Qatar healthcare unified contact centre number, 16000; then press (1) for Arabic or press (2) for English
* Step 2 - Press (2) for PHCC medical services
* Step 3 - Press (1) for routine medical consultations; then press (1) for dental clinics, press (2) for general practitioner (GP) or press (3) for other clinics
     - Press (2) for urgent medical consultations; then press (1) for urgent medical consultation with a doctor, or press (2) for urgent dental consultation.
