The national address “marks a paradigm shift in the quick delivery of services and ensures prompt conduct of judicial procedures”, the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has stressed. “Register your address at the earliest through Metrash2 or the MoI website to take advantage of its features and to avoid penalties for not registering,” the ministry tweeted yesterday. The national address also marks a shift in providing rapid response to emergencies, an accompanying infographic states. The data required data for national address registration include the residential address, mobile and landline numbers, e-mail ID and work address. “This information will be used to complete your transactions with governmental and non-governmental agencies,” the MoI said in another tweet.
