The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has reiterated that the "remote criminal complaints service through the Metrash2 application helps report complaints easily and simplify the procedures".
This was tweeted by the ministry Wednesday.
The MoI had recently announced the launch of the new service, enabling people to file criminal complaints at security departments through the Metrash2 application.
"This new service launched by the MoI reduces the time of communication and simplify procedures for the public in the light of the precautionary measures against Covid-19," the ministry had said.
In another tweet yesterday, the MoI noted that most of the services offered by the General Directorate of Traffic are available on Metrash2 and the ministry's website.
"These can be completed without visiting the Traffic Directorate or MoI Services Centre," it added.
