Weather inshore until 6pm Tuesday will be relatively hot with some clouds, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, there will be scattered clouds with chance of scattered light rain at places at times, the report added, warning of strong winds and high seas at first.
Wind inshore will be mainly northeasterly 05 to 15 knot.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 15 to 25 knot at first, becoming northwesterly to northeasterly 08 to 18 knot by afternoon.
Visibility will be 4 to 8km.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at first. Offshore, it will be 4 to 8 feet at first, falls to 3 to 5 feet afternoon.
