Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services for the holy month of Ramadan.
All emergency and inpatient services across HMC’s network of hospitals will continue to operate as normal, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the corporation has said in a statement.
The changes to operating hours affect a number of services delivered remotely via the national Covid-19 helpline number, 16000, it notes.

1. Covid-19 helpline Ramadan service hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week

2. HMC Urgent Consultation Ramadan service hours: from 8am to 1pm and from 8pm to 1am, Saturday to Thursday; and from 8am to 1pm on Fridays
