Thundery rain is expected in some places on Sunday, the Qatar Met department has said. Thundershowers have also been forecast in offshore areas on Sunday along with strong winds and high seas.
The wind speed may go up to 30 knots offshore and 25 knots inshore during thundery rain, with the sea level rising to 10ft. In general, it will be cloudy and there is a chance of scattered rain, which may be thundery in some places at times.
The temperature in Doha, meanwhile, will range from 26C to 37C on Sunday. Doha and other parts of the country experienced strong winds, dusty conditions and a drop in visibility on Saturday.
There were some reports of light rain also. Gulf Times lensman Jayan Orma captured the dusty conditions in Doha on Saturday.
