HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management on combating the novel coronavirus (Covid-19), on Thursday chaired the third meeting of the committee to follow up the progress of the work of the national executive plan to tackle the pandemic and related developments.
The meeting reviewed the progress made by the state in addressing Covid-19 and protecting the country through preventive and precautionary measures, in addition to discussing issues on health, education and economy.
The meeting praised the efforts of various sectors and the their joint efforts to overcome the crisis. The meeting was attended by members of the committee including ministers, heads of organisations, and senior officials in the state.
