The remote service includes HMC's Urgent consultation hotline and PHCC's community call centre.
HMC consultation hotline will be active 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. The service which is for urgent cases only includes 11 specialties.
The PHCC Community Call Centre for Virtual Consultations is also a 7-days-a-week service and will be accepting calls from 7am to 11pm.
One need to dial the common hotline number 16000 to avail both the services.
16000 will continue to accept enquiries related to covid-19, the twitter message by the health authorities said.
