HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani visited the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Communicable Disease Center, which is dedicated to the treatment of people infected with coronavirus (Covid-19), to learn about the services provided to the patients.

During his visit on Tuesday, he was briefed on the cases of a number of recovered and recovering people who praised the health services provided to them. He also listened to a brief explanation of the regulations and mechanisms on procedures, personal medical protection equipment and medical devices available at the centre in accordance with the highest safety and prevention standards.

HE the prime minister was accompanied by HE the Minister of Public Health Dr Hanan Mohamed al-Kuwari and a number of senior officials of the Hamad Medical Corporation and the medical staff.
