HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has urged people to comply with the instructions given by the State to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (Covid-19).
He also thanked workers, especially medical staff, for their efforts.
HE Sheikh Mohamed tweeted about this in Arabic Sunday. Following is a translation of his tweets: “The world is going through difficult circumstances that require the joint efforts of individuals, societies and governments to face the threat of the spread of the new coronavirus. We hope everyone will adhere to the instructions and procedures of the State to limit the spread of the virus and overcome it. We ask God Almighty to protect us all.
“All thanks and appreciation to all workers in the various governmental and non-governmental sectors, especially the medical staff who work day and night to protect individuals and the society from the threat of the spread of the new coronavirus.”
