Vodafone Qatar has announced further steps to support its customers amidst the Covid-19 outbreak.
All Vodafone customers who are self-isolating at home, remotely working and learning online, will benefit from free double speeds, double data and more to help them stay connected.
Vodafone Prepaid customers that use the ‘My Vodafone App’ and website for Flex and data recharges will get as much as double the benefit.
And all Vodafone Postpaid Flex and Unlimited 300 5G plan customers can opt-in to get up to double data spread over two months.
Vodafone GigaHome-Fibre customers can now enjoy double the data speed at home with all GigaHome fibre broadband plans.
Customers ‘on the go’ using the new Vodafone Mobile Wi-Fi 275 plan will also benefit from double data at full speed.
These latest Vodafone offers follow the company’s announcement earlier this week that with people practicing social distancing and staying more at home, it was offering free door-to-door delivery of all its products and services by simply making a request through www.vodafone.qa/delivery.
Vodafone Qatar has also been encouraging all their customers, for their safety and the safety of others, to use the company’s digital channels accessible 24x7, including its website and ‘My Vodafone App’, for all payments, recharges and support, instead of doing so in-person at retail stores.
“This is a challenging and unprecedented time but we’re in it together. We want to ensure all our customers’ connectivity needs are met to support their changed circumstances, especially as schools and more businesses require students to take classes online and employees to work remotely,” said Diego Camberos, Vodafone Qatar chief operating officer.
