HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani has received a written message from Paraguay's Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Rivas Palacios, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways to develop them.
The message was handed over to HE the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi during his meeting with Paraguay's ambassador Angel Ramon Barchini, in Doha, on Tuesday.
