In a statement, QIC Insured said customers can simply log onto qic-insured.com, which offers a wide range of insurance products and services, namely car insurance, home contents insurances, PAB insurances, and business insurance, among others and purchase the desired insurance from the comfort of their homes at any time.
QIC Insured’s online platform is equally equipped to manage all queries related to claims management, right from filing to tracking a claim.
In the event of a claim, customers can also send the necessary documents to QIC Insured’s WhatsApp 5000 0742 or simply dial 8000 742 for further assistance.
While ensuring the continuity of its business operations, QIC Insured has taken necessary steps to safeguard the health and well-being of its customers, employees, and the wider community.
