HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani paid on Monday an inspection visit to Hamad International Airport, during which he reviewed the precautionary measures and preparations made by the competent authorities in the state to combat the outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid-19).
The Prime Minister also inspected the security workflow and the electronic gates at the Passports Department, the health procedures, thermal screening systems applied at the airport, and Hamad Medical Corp clinic to limit the spread of the epidemic.
He was accompanied by a number of senior officials of the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Airways and other related sectors.
