Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) announced that it has activated ‘Remote Working’ procedures taking effect tomorrow (Monday, March 16th) until further notice.
This step came in line with the protective measures taken by the State of Qatar to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
QOC noted that ‘Remote Working’ system comes to enable employees to complete the basic daily duties without having to come to work through modern communication techniques applied in the Olympic Committee.
OC pointed out that plans and mechanisms had been put in place that would make the ‘Remote Working’ system successful, and it had been tested to ensure that it was working properly and at an effective level of performance that would ensure the work in the best possible way. (QNA)
