Weather inshore until 6pm on Sunday will be moderate temperature daytime with scattered clouds and chance of rain at some places. There will be slight dust at times and it will be relatively cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind at places during daytime.
Offshore, it will be partly cloudy with chance of light scattered rain at times, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea at north.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southerly 08 to 18 knot, reaching to 23 knot at places during daytime. 
Offshore, it will be southeasterly to easterly 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 22 knot at north.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 7 feet at north.
