The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) Tuesday banned shisha/hookah in all restaurants and cafes operating in the country, starting from Tuesday until further notice.
MoPH in a statement said that the decision comes in light of the current health conditions as well as in line with measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease covid-19.
The Ministry stressed that anyone who violates this decision will be held accountable.
MoPH also urged all to follow preventive measures to ensure their safety and the safety of the community.
