The National Museum of Qatar will close its galleries to the public over the Spring period commencing on March 8, bringing forward plans to complete some system updates and maintenance to the permanent galleries.
This is to ensure that visitor experience remains optimal, NMoQ said in a statement on Thursday.
The museum’s playgrounds, shops, restaurant, café, and the much anticipated exhibitions - Splendors of the East and Rewind - will remain open.
