His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday issued the following decrees:
1. Decree No 5 of 2020 ratifying a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of legal and judicial training between the governments of Qatar and Turkey, signed in Doha on 15/11/2017, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
2. Decree No 6 of 2020, ratifying a co-operation agreement between the governments of Qatar and the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), signed in Doha on 16/12/2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
3. Decree No 7 of 2020 ratifying an agreement between the governments of Qatar and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) regarding the establishment and financing of the United Nations Regional Center for Combating Cybercrime in Doha, signed in Doha on 29/10/2019, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
4. Decree No 8 of 2020 ratifying an agreement between the governments of Qatar and Greece regarding the exemption from visa requirements for holders of valid diplomatic, service or special passports, signed in Doha on 2/5/2019, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
The decrees are effective from their date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette. - QNA
