HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti on Monday attended the "final signing" of an 'open skies air services agreement' between Qatar and Uruguay.
"The agreement comes within the framework of connecting Qatar with more air services agreements, permitting its national carrier, Qatar Airways, to expand its destinations all around the world," the Ministry of Transport and Communications said.
The agreement was signed by Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) chairman Abdulla bin Nasser Turki al-Subaey and Uruguay's ambassador Sere Jorge Antonio.
