QIIB has launched its new ‘QIIB Points Portal’, which was developed as part of the bank’s strategic partnership with Mastercard.
The new portal, QIIB said, “delivers an extensive range of benefits to its customers through the renowned Mastercard Rewards System.”
The move enables QIIB to pursue “stronger and more seamless engagement” with its customers through the platform and offer more value through the QIIB Points Portal.
The Mastercard Rewards System is a proprietary platform that delivers holistic loyalty programmes across the globe.
On the new portal, QIIB deputy CEO Jamal Abdullah al-Jamal stated, “We have recently taken several integral steps to further enhance our products and services portfolio. Customer experience is at the centre of our ethos, and we are keen to surpass global standards by optimising developments in the banking sector to deliver real value. The launch of the new QIIB Points Portal also represents our commitment to providing our customers with service excellence”.

The programme provides access to more than 250 global airlines, 600,000 hotels, 60,000 car rental locations through more than 800 rental companies across the globe.
QIIB customers also have the opportunity to exchange their QIIB points for the prestigious loyalty programmes provided by Qatar Airways (Qmiles) and Ooredoo (Nojoom).
