His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani on Thursday met the newly-appointed Gulf Co-operation Council Secretary-General Dr Nayef bin Falah al-Hajraf.
The Deputy Amir congratulated al-Hajraf on his appointment and wished him well in his new role.
The GCC chief expressed his thanks and appreciation of the Deputy Amir, stressing that he will do all that is possible to enhance co-operation between GCC countries.
